AUSTRALIA

FARAGE DELIVERS NATIONWIDE WITH AUSTRALIA POST FOR A FLAT RATE OF $10

Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped same day or the following business day if purchased over the weekend or a public holiday, (Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for dispatch during peak and promotional periods.). You will receive a confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Note tracking is generally available within 24 hours of shipment.

All parcels require a signature on delivery & must be signed for.  Should you elect to have your parcel left in a safe place by Australia Post please note that Farage is not responsible if the parcel is lost or stolen.

INTERNATIONAL

FARAGE DELIVERS INTERNATIONAL ORDERS VIA DHL FOR A FLAT RATE OF $40

Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped same day or the following business day if purchased over the weekend or a public holiday.  (Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for dispatch during peak and promotional periods.). You will receive a confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery.  If the address provided is unattended, an attempted delivery card will be left, or DHL will contact you via email.  Your parcel will be redelivered the following day with an option to reschedule the delivery.

  • Please note the postal fee charged does not include any possible taxes or duties that may be applied by customs depending on the destination country.  It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay this charge and in turn should you choose to return your order, Farage is unable to refund these charges.

RETURNS

Farage strives to ensure you are satisfied.  We want you to love what you have ordered.  If something isn’t right, let us know.  We’ll send you another colour, a new size, or an entirely different style.  Email us your questions to enquiries@farage.com.au, reach us on Live Chat or call +61 2 9212 4509 during business hours.

A Return Number is required as proof of purchase on return items. We are happy to provide an exchange, store credit or refund but only on garments that are unworn.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We offer Store Credit or Exchange only on SALE items only.  We do not offer refunds on SALE items unless deemed faulty.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached
  • You must obtain a return ID number and include with your order; email enquiries@farage.com.au or reach us through Live Chat to obtain
  • All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of order.  Refund will exclude any postage costs. 

 

RETURN BY MAIL

Please enclose your receipt and merchandise along with a completed Farage Returns Form within 14 days of the receipt of the goods, in a box and mail to:

Please return product to us via trackable post.  Please allow one week from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.  Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

 

RETURN TO FARAGE STORE

You can return your merchandise to any Farage store within 14 days of receipt of the goods.  Bring your receipt and completed Farage returns Form to receive an exchange.  Please note that Refunds & Store Credits will not be able to be processed in store for Online Orders. 

Returned items will only be accepted if they are in their original saleable condition with tags attached.
